Meat the Future: an IMCD Customer Insight Day

Customer day organized by IMCD focusing on innovations in the meat- and meat alternative segment. The day was filled with inspiring talks, interactive sessions and culinary demonstrations.

The Food & Nutrition team of IMCD Benelux proudly looks back on a successful customer day that took place in our office in Mechelen in mid-October. The event, held at our Center of Excellence, brought together leading suppliers from the industry and provided an opportunity for collaboration and innovation.

Together with our valued principals, Beneo, Meatless, Givaudan, Naturex, as well as our own technical experts, we organized an inspiring day focussed on food companies specializing in product development within the (alternative) meat and fish segments. The day offered interactive sessions with each having a different focus, from texture to taste, and from cost efficiency to sustainable development. Through practical demonstration and hands-on experiences, participants gained tangible insights into the possibilities that IMCD has to offer.
