FACTICE F17 (PRE-BROKEN)

FACTICE F17 (PRE-BROKEN) is a brown sulphur factice composition made from rapeseed oil, cross-linked with sulphur, free of mineral oil. It is supplied as small brown lumps with a density of 1.1 g/cm3. FACTICE F17 (PRE-BROKEN) contains 16-19% total sulphur and 0.9-1.4% free sulphur. It has acetone extract levels of 14-19% and maximum ash content of 0.2%. FACTICE F17 (PRE-BROKEN) is approved for use in food applications by BgVV. Its storage stability is minimum 1 year in originally sealed packages stored in cool, dry places. FACTICE F17 (PRE-BROKEN) is well suited for use in colored and black articles within the advanced materials industry. Its homogenous composition and chemical structure provides benefits such as improved dispersion, mechanical properties and heat resistance for final products. Its sulfur content allows for enhanced crosslinking during processing. FACTICE F17 (PRE-BROKEN) is therefore a valuable additive for achieving high performance of advanced materials.
