In comparison to other primary driers like e.g. Cobalt or Borchi OXY - Coat, iron is less efficient at ambient temperature. However, when blended with other driers or at elevated temperatures, efficiency will be increased. In oxidative drying baking enamels the optimal catalytic effect is given above 130 C.
