NUCEL® 545 MG is suitable for a broad range of mesophilic and thermophilic lactic bacteria as well as for ripening flora. NuCel® 545 MG boosts biomass production, improves cell viability and promotes short TA in applications. NuCel® 545 MG is a primary yeast extract obtained by the autolysis of a selected strain of yeast, especially grown on a molasses-based media.
