DEOGUM 194

DEOGUM 194 is an organosilicone compound processing additive used in special elastomers. It is supplied as whitish pellets with a dropping point between 110-124°C and density of 0.93-0.98 g/cm3. DEOGUM 194 facilitates the processing of advanced materials like HNBR, ACM or ECO by reducing Mooney viscosity and improving flow properties and mould filling. It especially eases the release and demoulding properties of advanced materials. Being compatible with elastomers, DEOGUM 194 provides flow and release benefits without difficulties of conventional silicone oils or additives. It is dosed at 0.5-3 phr into the internal mixer and proven to improve properties in various advanced material applications without blooming or other issues.
