EMPICOL 0585/A is a 40% active, aqueous solution of sodium 2-ethylhexyl sulfate. As a wetting agent, EMPICOL 0585/A exhibits greater solubility and stability, especially in high alkalinity formulations. These properties make EMPICOL 0585/A well-suited for personal care products requiring effective wetting and solubilization of ingredients. EMPICOL 0585/A can improve the performance of formulas involving mercerizing processes.
