NYGLOS 12 10012 is a high-purity, coarse, high aspect ratio wollastonite recommended for use in advanced materials. NYGLOS 12 10012 offers good reinforcing properties, improved rheology, compressive strength, thermal stability, reduced coefficient of thermal expansion, dimensional stability and can act as a synergist in polymer composites used in advanced materials. This product can be surface treated to further improve mechanical performance and coupling to the matrix. Surface treated grades can improve weld line and tensile strength important for advanced materials.
