LOXIOL E SPEZ P by Emery Oleochemicals is erucic acid amide. Acts as an anti-blocking, slip and release agent. It improves the surface finish. Offers prevention of surface defects caused by the separation process and helps to minimize cycle times and allow for continuous production. Also improves the injection molding process by reducing friction and allowing for more efficient processing. It is compatible with styrene/butadiene copolymer, synthetic rubbers, PE and PP. It is cost effective and highly concentrated system. It effectively improves the production by preventing adhesion, especially in winding of film rolls, bag production, and other packaging operations. LOXIOL E SPEZ P is suitable for PVC-P and PVC-U film. Its recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.5%.
