ALPHA OLEFIN

Alpha olefins (AO) are unsaturated linear hydrocarbons obtained by the oligomerisation of ethylene. The double bond is preferentially located on the first carbon atom. Suitable for lubricant additives and synthetic fluids. Also available as isomerized olefins.
