FAKTIS F 14 (PRE-BROKEN)

FACTICE F14 is a brown sulphur factice composed of rapeseed oil, cross-linked with sulphur, free of mineral oil. It has small brown lumps in appearance. FACTICE F14 has total sulphur levels between 14.5-17.5% and free sulphur levels between 0.4-0.9% as per analytical values. Its acetone extract level is between 15-20% and ash content after 2 hours at 950°C is max 0.2%. Its density at 20°C is 1.1 g/cm3. FACTICE F14 is approved for use by German Food Legislation. It is supplied in 25 kg PE-bags and has a storage stability of at least 1 year in originally sealed packages stored in cool and dry places. FACTICE F14 is well suited for colored and black articles in advanced material industries that require factices, especially for extruded sections, due to its technical properties like sulfur content and cross-linking that provide benefits like improved strength and durability of end products.
