SYLVACEL CMC LF8 45
Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) can be used in a wide variety of food and beverage applications. CMC is water soluble an has different functionalities, such as thickening, stabilizing, preventing syneresis, enhancing texture, and improving mouthfeel. It is water soluble and suitable for hot and cold use. Sylvacel CMC LF8 45 has a low viscosity, providing superior stabilizing functions.
