VC Calcium Ascorbate DC is a white or yellowish fine granular powder. It consists of calcium ascorbate granulated with hydrosypropyl methyl cellulose and tartaric acid. Recommended application(s): Especially suited for direct compression of tablets. DSM Calcium Ascorbate for fortification of low-sodium foods.
