LOXIOL GS 891

LOXIOL® GS 891 is a combination lubricant that includes Ca-soaps. It is specifically formulated for rigid PVC injection molding applications, particularly for fittings requiring an elevated Vicat point. LOXIOL® GS 891 enhances material flow, making it suitable for articles with thin walls and long flow distances. For molded parts with complex flow channels or when processing PVC types with higher K values, it is recommended to add 1.0 to 1.5 parts per hundred of resin (phr) of a flow modifier.
