D-Biotin (by chemical synthesis) is a white, crystalline powder. It melts at about 229° - 232° C with decomposition.
Recommended applications: For food supplements such as uncoated tablets, coated tablets, soft gel capsules, hard gel capsules, effervescent tablets, chewable tablets, powders, liquid preparations; suitable for direct compression.
