DESMOPHEN 5034 BT

Desmophen 5034 BT is a trifunctional polypropylene ether polyol suitable for use in solvent-free or low-solvent polyurethanes. As a pale-colored, low-viscosity liquid, Desmophen 5034 BT can be combined with Desmodur products to formulate elastic coatings, adhesives, and sealants with excellent mechanical properties. Its moisture sensitivity requires storage in sealed containers between 15 to 25 degrees Celsius. The hydroxyl content of over 1% allows for reaction with isocyanates to create durable, flexible end products. Formulations using Desmophen 5034 BT exhibit high strength and elasticity ideal for applications requiring crack-bridging and abrasion resistance.
