Halguard® 58240 is a high-performance, halogen-free flame retardant (HFFR) jacketing compound from the Halguard 58000–58300 series. Designed for demanding applications like data center, control, and energy cables, it offers superior flame retardance, low smoke emission, and excellent electrical and mechanical properties. With UV stabilization, good processability, and compliance with UL 94 and RoHS, it’s ideal for LSZH insulation and jacketing where safety and performance are critical. Suitable for global markets, Halguard 58240 is available in black, natural, and custom colors and can be processed via standard wire and cable extrusion.
