NYAD M-400 WC 10012

Nyad M400 is a high purity, ultra-fine wollastonite recommended for ceramic glazes and engobes. The process to manufacture this grade ensures very precise chemistry control and consistency of calcium silicate (CaSiO3) appreciated in ceramic applications. The high purity combined with low loss on ignition (LOI) enables glaze formation with reduced defects, improved thermal stability and lower coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) while maintaining high fired brightness. In addition, this material is suitable for fast firing processes. The ultra-fine particle size of this product makes it ideal for vertical glazing and other spray deposition methods.
