PARALOID EXL-2300

PARALOID EXL-2300 is an all-acrylic core/shell impact modifier based on butyl-acrylate rubber core. It provides high impact strength at temperatures as low as -10°C and has an inherently good heat and UV stability. PARALOID EXL-2300 increases the toughness of materials to super-tough performance at a modifier loading as low as 3%, even in thick sections. It is commonly used to improve the impact properties of polycarbonate but also polyesters, polyamides and polymer blends including glass fiber reinforced compounds. In addition level of just 5% of PARALOID EXL-2300 improves the impact strength of glass filled materials. It is supplied as a free-flowing powder and is ideal for applications requiring good impact performance at room temperatures and excellent weatherability for outside exposure related to various advanced material industries.
