DISPERCOLL U 2824 is an aqueous polyurethane dispersion that provides outstanding adhesive properties for various synthetic and natural materials commonly used in industrial applications. As a raw material for formulation of adhesive dispersions, DISPERCOLL U 2824 contains carboxyl groups that can be crosslinked with polycarbodiimide like DESMODUR XP 2802 to produce durable, high-quality bonds resistant to heat, plasticizers, oils and other industrial chemicals. Its waterborne nature offers environmental friendliness over solvent-based alternatives. DISPERCOLL U 2824 forms transparent, flexible films with minimum film formation temperature of around 5°C, adhering securely to metals, plastics, rubber, wood and other surfaces.
