MOR-FREE L 715A

MOR-FREE L 715A is a solventless two-component polyurethane adhesive system processed at 45-50°C. MOR-FREE L 715A is especially suitable for lamination of metalized films and aluminium foil as well as printed and non-printed films such as PE, BOPP, PVdC and Acrylic coated films, PP, PETP, PA. MOR-FREE L 715A was especially developed for fast further processing of the structures to be produced, i.e. for faster PAA-decay than with standard MDI-adhesives and faster curing. MOR-FREE L 715A offers a good chemical resistance against aggressive materials. MOR-FREE L 715A is suitable for thermal processes such as boiling and sterilization. MOR-FREE L 715A is suitable for the pasteurization process only. MOR-FREE L 715A provides benefits for advanced material applications requiring fast processing and curing of laminated structures.
