TYPE PM MB

TYPE PM-MB is an unsaturated distilled monoglycerides made from RSPO certified sustainable palm oil (Mass Balance grade). As a food additive, TYPE PM-MB meets the specification for identification and purity on food additives given by various regulatory bodies. It has a minimum monoester content of 93% and maximum acid value of 3. As a food emulsifier, TYPE PM-MB helps improve texture and mouthfeel in various food applications. Its low acid value and iodine value of 36-48 makes it suitable for use in foods where a neutral taste is required. TYPE PM-MB also has low levels of heavy metals like arsenic, lead, mercury and cadmium, making it a safe emulsifier for the food industry.
