TOCOMIX L50-IP

TOCOMIX L50-IP is a liquid tocopherol concentrate containing 50% d-mixed tocopherols, which are preferred for their high antioxidant efficacy in food applications. TOCOMIX L50-IP can be used in a wide variety of food products due to its solubility in oil/fat and insolubility in water. It is suitable for use in food products to protect against oxidation and extend shelf life. TOCOMIX L50-IP contains around 85% d-gamma + d-delta tocopherol, which is beneficial for food products as it is a powerful lipid-soluble antioxidant that protects lipids from oxidation.
