TOCOMIX L95-IP

TOCOMIX L95-IP is a tocopherol concentrate with a very high content of vegetable EU / JECFA listing tocopherols (indicative value min. 95 %), without a carrier. TOCOMIX L95-IP has a high level of gamma- and delta-tocopherol, which is advantageous for mixed antioxidant activity. TOCOMIX L95-IP is certified non-GMO, Identity Preserved (INS 307b) and is suitable for food products, e.g. as food additive under Regulation (EC) 1333/2008, including organic products in compliance to Regulation (EU) 2018/848. TOCOMIX L95-IP can be added into fat or oil of 20 – 50 °C while stirring until the product is homogeneously mixed. TOCOMIX L95-IP provides antioxidant benefits and helps increase the shelf life of food products.
