CONTROZON

CONTROZON is an antiozonant wax used as an additive for various materials. It forms a flexible protective film on surfaces and protects them from cracking due to ozone attack under static conditions. CONTROZON acts as a carrier for chemical ozone protecting agents and antioxidants, improving their effectiveness. The addition of about 2 phr of CONTROZON prevents the frosting effect caused by ozone. As pellets, CONTROZON is easy to handle and weigh. It provides ozone protection for materials used at medium temperatures, improving performance and durability. CONTROZON is suitable for applications requiring food contact compliance. It extends the lifetime of materials by preventing degradation from ozone exposure during use.
