BAYHYDUR ULTRA 2700

BAYHYDUR ULTRA 2700 is a hydrophilic aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). It is supplied at approximately 65% in dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether. BAYHYDUR ULTRA 2700 acts as an effective hardener for aqueous two-component systems. Its low viscosity of 75 mPa·s at 23°C allows for easy mixing and application. BAYHYDUR ULTRA 2700 contains less than 0.1% monomeric HDI, ensuring a safe and compliant product. As a crosslinker for aqueous formulations, BAYHYDUR ULTRA 2700 enables the production of coatings and sealants with high durability, flexibility, and adhesion. Its moisture-reactive nature allows products to efficiently cure even at low temperatures. BAYHYDUR ULTRA 2700 is ideally suited for applications requiring simple manual processing.
